We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and collaborative Chief of Staff to work directly with the founding team on cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our company. • Serve as a strategic partner to the founding team, supporting decision-making, execution, and internal alignment
• Drive cross-functional projects from idea to implementation—across product, operations, marketing, and customer success
• Prepare and manage internal communications, company updates, investor materials, and team-wide rituals
• Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution and accountability
• Identify bottlenecks and work proactively to unblock teams and streamline workflows
• Lead ad hoc analyses, research, and special projects that advance company priorities

• Ideally, 2–5 years’ experience in consulting, startups, operations, or strategic roles (but we're flexible for the right person)
