We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and collaborative Chief of Staff to work directly with the founding team on cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our company. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of a fast-moving startup, helping to scale operations, drive key projects, and act as a force multiplier for the leadership team.

• Build and scale core features of the product in close collaboration with design and leadership
• Contribute to and help manage the strategic product roadmap
• Weigh in on feature prioritization and UX design using tools like Figma and Canva
• Manage code and workflow in GitHub, collaborate with other engineers, and contribute to infrastructure in AWS
• Take ownership over quality, scalability, and velocity
• Be an early team member helping to shape engineering culture and processes
• Be comfortable wearing many hats in a startup environment—from dev work to quick debugging to product testing

• Strong experience as a full-stack developer or frontend/backend engineer
• Familiar with tools like Figma, GitHub, AWS, Canva, and Google Drive (or excited to learn quickly)
• Fascinated by product and user experience—you think beyond the code
• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively finding ways to move things forward
• Eager to learn, iterate, and grow with the company
